Oscar, a former inmate turned Community Health Worker and Credible Messenger at Welcome Home, leads vision, evangelization, and member leadership. With a decade in prison, he's now a Youth Mentor Coordinator, aiding reintegration by offering support in ID acquisition, job searches, housing, and mental health.

Talia Klutch, with 6 years of program management experience, leads operations at Welcome Home. As Director of Strategic Partnerships at Persevere, she secures resources for tech careers post-justice system involvement. With a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Marist College, Talia mentors students and serves on multiple boards.

A Reentry Specialist and Youth Advocate, dedicated to guiding individuals through post-justice system. She offers genuine understanding and support, fostering hope in marginalized communities. Her journey inspires others to believe in their potential and pursue their dreams with determination.

Originally from Guatemala, she brings over a decade of culinary and nutrition expertise to her craft. Certified in nutrition, Jeimy ensures her meals are both delicious and health-conscious. Inspired by her experiences within the justice system, she emphasizes creating a nurturing environment, fostering a sense of belonging within her kitchen and community.
